Cancel any time, in one click. Here's the full version, in plain English. This policy is incorporated into our Terms by reference.

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how to cancel a Bible Agents subscription and when refunds apply. It is part of the contract between you and PLAY PLAY CARDS S.R.L. ("Bible Agents").

The 7-day free trial

Weekly, monthly, and annual subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. We will not charge you during the trial. If you cancel any time before the start of day 8, you pay nothing and receive no further drops after cancellation. If you do not cancel, your card is charged at the start of day 8 at the price for the plan you chose.

How to cancel

Cancellation is one click and requires no more steps than your sign-up, in compliance with the California Automatic Renewal Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 17600 et seq.) and the FTC's online subscription rules.

  1. One-click unsubscribe in any email we send you. The link is at the bottom of every drop and every confirmation. One click stops further drops; this also functions as a cancellation request for billing purposes.
  2. Email us at hello@trybibleagents.com from the address you subscribed with, with "cancel" in the subject line. We respond within one business day.
  3. Stripe receipt — every receipt Stripe sends has a "Manage subscription" link that lets you cancel directly with Stripe.

Cancellation requests are processed immediately. You will receive an email confirmation within minutes. If you do not, write to us — we'll fix it.

What happens when you cancel

Refunds

Weekly, monthly, and annual subscriptions

We do not refund unused time on a weekly, monthly, or annual subscription as a matter of course. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. This is the standard practice for digital subscription products.

Goodwill window: if you forgot to cancel and were charged within the last 48 hours, and you have not opened a single drop in the new billing period, write to hello@trybibleagents.com and we will usually refund as a goodwill gesture, no questions asked. We are not obligated to do so outside of this window, but we always read every request and try to be reasonable.

Lifetime plan — 14-day money-back guarantee

The lifetime plan is a one-time payment of $199. If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase, write to hello@trybibleagents.com with subject "Lifetime refund" and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked.

Failed payments

If your card fails on a renewal, Stripe will retry it for several days. If retries fail, your subscription becomes inactive — we keep nothing on file with us, weekly drops stop, and no charge is made. You can resume any time by starting a new subscription.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe. Stripe typically takes 5–10 business days to return the funds to your bank or card. We do not deduct any fees from refunds.

Disputed charges

If you do not recognise a charge or you believe one was made in error, please contact us first at hello@trybibleagents.com — most issues are resolved in a single email and we can refund quickly. Filing a chargeback through your bank without contacting us first means we cannot route a polite refund and we may dispute the chargeback through Stripe's standard process.

For consumers in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland

EU consumer law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal on most online consumer contracts (Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, as amended by Directive 2019/2161). For digital content delivered immediately — like Bible Agents weekly drops — that right may not apply once the supply has begun, provided you expressly consent and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right.

Express consent and acknowledgment. By starting your subscription and receiving the first weekly drop, you (a) expressly request that we begin supplying digital content to you immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and (b) acknowledge that, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, you lose the right of withdrawal once the supply has begun.

Even where this exception applies, we will still honour the 48-hour goodwill window described above and the 14-day money-back guarantee on the lifetime plan, where the situation is reasonable.

Anything ambiguous

If your situation is not covered above, write to hello@trybibleagents.com and explain what happened. We try to be reasonable. The full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply. Disputes between you and us are resolved by binding individual arbitration as described in § 15 of the Terms.
